Susan Bailie brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in the healthcare industry to her role at the Center for Healing and Recovery. Prior to joining the team, she served as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Healthcare Administrative Partners, where she spent 27 years helping healthcare organizations improve operations, compliance, and financial performance.

Susan is a seasoned expert in revenue cycle management, with deep knowledge in strategic planning, business process improvement, HIPAA compliance, and medical billing. Her expertise is backed by a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to excellence, Susan plays a key role in supporting the growth and operational success of the practice, allowing the clinical team to stay focused on delivering high-quality care.
