Clinical Supervisor Position
Center for Healing and Recovery, LLC
Clinical Supervisor – Outpatient Mental Health (W2 Employee, Fee-for-Service + Stipend)
Locations: 2 Storer St, Kennebunk, Maine & 11 Adams St., Biddeford, Maine
Compensation: $65–$70/hour for supervision + stipend + billable rate for clinical work
Schedule: Flexible (combination of supervision and minimum clinical hours expected)

Compensation
Supervision Pay: $65–$70/hour for individual and group supervision
Clinical Pay: $60-$70 per billable hour for direct client care
Monthly Stipend: Additional stipend based on number of supervisees
Yearly Stipend: CEU support
Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor provides high-quality clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians while maintaining an outpatient caseload. This role supports clinician development, ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and promotes delivery of evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly individual and/or group supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with Maine licensure requirements
Support supervisees in clinical skill development and treatment planning
Ensure supervisees adhere to ethical standards, documentation requirements, and best practices
Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation as needed
Maintain appropriate supervision documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor within the organization
Collaborate with leadership on clinician performance, development, and support needs
Maintain a caseload of clients (15-20 billable hours/week depending on supervision load)
Qualifications
Active, independent clinical licensure in Maine (required):
LCSW
LCPC
LMFT
Meets Maine requirements to provide clinical supervision for conditionally licensed clinicians
Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
Must carry individual professional liability insurance
Must have reliable access to a secure computer and phone
Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred (training provided)
Outpatient Mental Health Clinician Position

Qualifications
Master’s degree and clinical licensure in Maine:
LCSW, LMSW-CC
LCPC, LCPC-C
LMFT, LMFT-C
Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and maintaining a minimum of 15 billable hours/week
Additional Requirements
Must carry individual professional liability insurance
Must have reliable access to a secure computer and phone for clinical and administrative use
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred (training provided)
