Outpatient Mental Health Clinician – W2 Employee (Fee-for-Service)
Location: Biddeford, Maine + Telehealth
Compensation: $50–$60/hour based on licensure, with growth opportunities
Schedule: Flexible (minimum 15 billable hours/week)

  • Administrative Support: Your credentialing, billing, scheduling, management/storing of electronic health records and insurance management are all handled by our team—so you can focus on your clinical work.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $50–$60 per billable hour based on licensure (conditional or full)

  • Supervisory Pay: Additional compensation for approved supervisory roles

  • Yearly Stipend:  Yearly stipend for CEU’s

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and clinical licensure in Maine:

    • LCSW, LMSW-CC

    • LCPC, LCPC-C

    • LMFT, LMFT-C

  • Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and maintaining a minimum of 15 billable hours/week

Additional Requirements

  • Must carry individual professional liability insurance

  • Must have reliable access to a secure computer and phone for clinical and administrative use

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is preferred (training provided)
