Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I’m Larissa Fossum, a mental health therapist who recently relocated from Wisconsin to Maine. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior, and I’m passionate about helping clients become the best versions of themselves.

I draw from approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I have experience supporting both children and adults through a wide range of challenges. 

I believe strongly in a collaborative, comfortable therapeutic environment where every person’s story, strengths, and struggles are honored. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, work together at your pace, and create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
