Mental Health Therapist
Shannon Bentley, LMSW-cc, has spent much of her career supporting people during some of the most difficult and overwhelming moments of their lives. Her background includes extensive experience in crisis response, trauma-informed care, and law enforcement-based social work, giving her a unique understanding of how stress, trauma, and high-pressure environments can impact both our personal and professional lives.
As a therapist, Shannon brings a down-to-earth, genuine, and practical approach to the therapy room. She believes therapy should feel like a place where people can be honest, feel understood, and still be challenged to grow. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships and boundaries, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's challenges.
Shannon especially enjoys working with first responders, professionals in high-stress careers, and women who often put their own needs on the back burner while taking care of everyone else. She values humor, authenticity, and genuine connection and believes meaningful therapy does not have to feel overly clinical or formal.
