Through a person centered, strengths based approach, I aim to bring genuine compassion to my work, striving to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. My work is about understanding not just the challenges you may be facing, but also the rich stories, values, and quiet strengths that have carried you through life.

I have experience supporting adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, surviving trauma, life transitions, and women’s health. I utilize motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and hold a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship itself.
