• Mental Health Therapist

    Kelsey comes to The Center with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in residential and afterschool programs, as well as a step-down crisis center. She has worked with youth and families navigating complex trauma, developmental disabilities, neurodiversity, and involvement with the justice system. Kelsey has supported many clients on the autism spectrum and is passionate about helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered in their growth.

    Kelsey earned her Master of Social Work degree with a Certificate in Trauma Practice from Simmons University and her B.A. in American Studies with an international focus from Tufts University. A lifelong artist and athlete, she also coaches diving for the Bates College Swim and Dive Team, where she enjoys helping students develop confidence both in and out of the pool.

    Grounded in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and a strengths-based perspective informed by neuroscience, Kelsey strives to create collaborative spaces where healing and resilience can flourish.
