I believe healing happens through authentic relationships. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore life’s challenges.

As a Clinical Social Work Intern, Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I provide strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed care. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity exploration. Prior to working in behavioral health, I served as a Child Protective Services caseworker, which strengthened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of compassionate, individualized care.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing who you are, it’s about gaining insight, building on your strengths, and creating meaningful change. My hope is that every client feels accepted, supported, and empowered to become the healthiest, most authentic version of themselves.
